1 : The means of transportation and communication are called the lifelines of a nation and its economy because they are the preconditions for progress and development. A country makes tremendous progress because of its developed means of transport and communication.

2 : Over the last 15 years, the change that has occurred in India with regard to international trade has been impressive. We have got lion share with regard to Information Technology. We were able to increase our foreign exchange earning capacity with regard to our knowledge and our geographical position in map.International trade has undergone a sea change in last fifteen years. Exchange of commodities and goods have superseded the exchange of information and technology. India has emerged a software giant at international level and it is earning large foreign exchange through the export of information technology
