Answer:

\alpha =8\ \frac{rad}{s^2}

\omega _f=160 rad/s

Explanation:

Given that

\omega _i=0

The wheel turn 400 rad in 10 sec

here given that torque is constant so we can apply motion equation

As we know that

\omega _f=\omega _i+\alpha t

\omega _f=10\alpha   at t= 10 s

\omega _f^2=\omega _i^2+2\alpha \theta

So

100\alpha ^2=2\alpha \times 400

\alpha =8\ \frac{rad}{s^2}

Now final velocity at t= 20 s

\omega _f=\alpha t

\omega _f=20\times 8

\omega _f=160 rad/s
