Use
I2=I1+R/100*I1
Here I2 is second year interest and I1 is first year interest
R=rate
So
1725=1500+R/100*1500
1725-1500=15R
225/15=R
Rate=15per cent
U can also use
I3=I2+R/100*I2
2070=1725+R/100*1725
Substitute and continue both the methods can be used
