Orders will be obeyed if they make sense...
This is what comes to my mind if i read this line-
The person who gives the orders, should know what he/she is telling or speaking. If they expect the best results, he should also give the best, encouraging order. It should not always be something that discourages the other person, and if the results are not good, they themselves will be unsatisfied. We should be kind enough to give sensible and orders which another person can actually follow.
The words of a person determines the person's nature. It is very important the kind of language we use. It should not be rude, but heart-touching, so that the other person feels good and is able to get to you the best results.
We should not expect someone to do everything we tell them to. We should also respect the servants or anyone, because they itself help us all the time. We are nothing without them.
