On complete cumbustion of hydrocarbon in 0.22g oxygen ., 0.9g water and 0.44g of carbondioxide is proudice .what is mass of hydrocarbon

According to the the Law of Conservation Mass,
Mass of reactants = Mass of products
therefore,
Mass of reactants = Oxygen + Water
= 0.22 + 0.9
= 0.31g
Since Mass of reactants = Mass of products
Hydrocarbon = Mass of products - Mass of Carbon dioxide
= 0.44g - 0.31g
= 0.13g
