Well, there is actually no effect on capacitance. Just that the voltage on the sphere will increase threefold by increasing the charge on the sphere three times.
Well, Capacitance only depends upon the Radius of that sphere, and so to speak generally, it depends on the geometrical arrangement of the plates of the capacitor.
Just like how resistance of a resistor depends on the length, area and resistivity of a material, and it's doesn't change with changing Voltages and Currents.
