Independence day is celebrate on the 15th august of every year .india got independence on 15th august 1947. in the early morning the flag is hosted by the prime minister on the red fort or india gete millions of people take art in the independence ceremony..many prime minister and president of other countries also attend the independence ceremony. independence ceremony has different dances leaded by differents countries. there are many task performed by the indian army . after the flag hosting  different culture event are performed following the march past of the india. before hosting the flag our dear prime minister give annual speech.by celebrating this event we commemorate those all great people  who had sacrificed their lives and loved one in making india an independent country...

• Independence Day in India is celebrated every year on 15th August as a national holiday, when Indian British rule remembers the long story of its nation's independence. These freedom got more than half the movements and hundreds of freedom fighters. After Independence, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru became the first Prime Minister of India who hoisted the flag on Delhi's Red Fort.

• On this day, teachers, students, parents and people celebrate with national flag with flag hoisting. Our Tricolor flag is hoisted on the Red Fort of Delhi by the Prime Minister of India. After this, with the salute of 21 guns, the national flag is honored with floral showers by helicopter. In our Tricolor flag, Kasaria demonstrates courage and sacrifice, white color and truth, and the green color represents faith and courage.

• There is an Ashok Chakra in the middle of our tricolor, which contains 24 tilis. On this special day, we remember the great sacrifices of such courageous men like Bhagat Singh, Sukhdeb and Rajguru Gandhiji for their unforgettable contribution in the Indian freedom struggle. During this time the students give lectures on freedom fighters and participate in the parade in schools. Everyone celebrates this special occasion, someone sees patriotic movies, then one goes to visit the goodwill of his family and friends and some people participate in programs of Independence Day.
