Cost price of the racket,

CP=Rs.{(100/(100+gain %))×SP}

={(100/(100+10))×198}

={(100/110)×198}

={19800/110}

if the negatives of 198the shopkeeper is gaining 10% amount that we know very well so we will see the above pic where I have done that we can see that there is return 198 X 10% and there at the down here is hundred percent so we will cut the digits equally and then our answer will be 99/5
