Prove ΔABE≅ ΔDBC using SAS congruence theorem (Just ask if uh don't figure it yourself on how to do it)
so that AE = CD
Similarly, prove
ΔABF≅ ΔADC to get CD = BF
Combining above two equations we get
AE = BF = CD
