On suffering with high fever which will lower body temperature: ice or ice cold water? Why?

Ice will Lower the body temperature as it will act as a thing for relief while ice cold water will increase temperature and cause more problems

Ice will down our body Temperature more as compared to ice cold water ,this is because ice absorb more latent heat of fusion .our body loses heat to ice making us feel cold.
