Hey there!

We know that the heights given are 5feet and xfeet.

The shadows are 7feet and 35ft respectively.

So, put this in a table.

Height. Shadow.

5. 7.

X. 35.

By thinking logically,

as the height of the object increases, that of the shadow increases.

So, it's a case of direct proportion in which a/B is constant.

So 5×35=7×x

X=. 5×35. =25ft

---------

7

So the height of the eucalyptus tree is 25feet.

Hope this helps you...!!!
