besides this in my point of view ek teacher ko bookish knowledge dene k alawa ye v batana bahut jaruri h ki how to develop ur personality , how tackle any situation of life and also practical knowledge of life.
and also understand the actual problem and situation of any student that why he / she is not progressing in class.and most important thing that treat every student psychologically in these days
