On tetra pack of fruit juices, it is printed “IF THE PACK IS PUFFED DO NOT BUY”

If the pack is puffed it literally means there is no nitrogen in it.
Nitrogen is usually flushed into packets to prevent growth of bacteria which results in foul smell and taste.
So if there is no nitrogen, the things whatever present in the pack is toxic.
