on the basis of Charles law explain why a temperature of - 273°C is the lowest temperature

Because the charles law denotes that absolute temparature is directly proportional to volume of a gas.Here absolute temparature is measured in kelvin.As 1 kelvin =-273c.so it is the lowest possible temperature in terms of Charles law.
