There are three groups namely the primary one which includes the raw materials, then you have the secondary group which deals with manufacturing the tertiary dealing with the services.

The countries which have low per capita income usually focus on the complete utilization of the sources in order to grow while in the developed countries the focus keeps on changing from primary to secondary and tertiary.

So the focus can vary depending on the country’s growth.
