Step-by-step explanation:

Let the height of the rectangle is x cm.

Now, Area of rectangle = 24 cm²

length × breadth = 24 cm²

6 × x = 24cm²

x = 4cm

so, the height of the rectangle is 4 cm.

since the height of triangle is equal to the height of rectangle.

height of triangle = 4 cm.

base = 6 cm

Area of triangle = 1/2 × base × height

= 1/2 × 4 cm × 6 cm

= 12 cm².

hope you understand it.

Thank you
