Although education is the basis for overall development of a person, but skill development is also the need of the hour as it certainly helps one to compete in this world, Union Minister of State for Mines, Steel, Labour and Employment Vishnudev Sai said.
Total of Rs90 lakh has been spent in the construction of the new building , he said. The Minister was speaking after inaugurating the newly constructed first floor, Central Hall and Computer Lab of Jindal Adarsh Gram Bharati Higher Secondary School here.
Sai said that “India has plenty of youths and each one is blessed with one or the other skill. Hence, need is to focus on skill and explore it for making the person to be self-sufficient.”
He appealed the youths to come forward and take their responsibility towards building of the society, the state and the country. Sai asked the youths to put in sincere efforts in work and certainly they would achieve success, he said.
MLA Roshan Lal Agarwal appreciated the efforts of the school management in nurturing skills of the children along with providing quality education to them.
The Director duo of Gram Bharat Shikshan Sansthan, Vijay Agarwal and Lakshminarayan Choudhary, expressed pleasure for the dream they saw to develop the school as ‘Adarsh’ is now going to be fulfilled.
