Find a word opposite to 'seek to attain a goal/ambition' from the following passage-
Mwamashele village in Tanzania is a tiny settlement of the Sukuma Tribe. It has two resources people and land. The people have no illusions about their poverty and yet have hopes and plans. And there is a fertile land with a little water beneath it and a relentless sun overhead. They grow enough cereals to subsist on and some cotton for pin money and they keep great hers of scraggy cows. These are there assets.......

According to me the correct answer would be "having hopes and plans".We can say that because there is a great difference between having hopes and plans and seeking goals and ambitions.The world like seeking goals and ambitions is more of a realistic progress but having hopes and plans is an illusion because unless you make efforts no hope and plan can fulfil.It need to turn out hopes and plans to our goals and ambitions
