The diffrence is that man is a highly civilized (sorry if i spell bad) creature compared to that of a monky's IQ a avarage baby human is about has smart has an adult monky also that would mean that if there was other life out there alien children would be as smart as an avarage adult human but when you compare use humans to animals yeah we are baciclly similar with monky's we have tail bones where our tails are supost to be (kinda like goku) therebut we are more civilized and smarted than out animal friends
