resistance of a conductor depends upon the following factors -
• Length of the conductor (more the length, more the resistance)
• Cross-sectional area of conductor (more the cross sectional area, less is the resistance)
• Temperature of conductor (more the temperature, more is the resistance as conductors generally have positive temperature coefficient)
• Nature of material of the conductor.
