if the abssica of a point is 0, or x-axis is zero ,then the point lies on y axis

here it means that the x-axis always lies on its origin ,but the value at y-axis is varying.

example:- {0,2} {0,6} {0,9} etc.

The abssica is the horizontal term of an ordered pair. Thus, if the abssica of a point is zero, then the point lies on the y axis. When the abssica is zero, then it's means that it is at the origin.
