Once a stag was thirsty and went to a pool to drink water. While drinking the water , he saw his own reflection in it. He began to admire his horns and felt proud of them. When he looked at his ugly legs, he felt sad and disappointed. He was yet to quench his thirst, when he saw a hunter with his hounds. Seeing his life in danger, stag run as fast as he could. He was soon out of sight. He reached a thick forest but unluckily his horns got stuck in a thick bush. He tried his level best to release his horns but all in vain. In the meantime, hounds came running and caught him. The stag now realized that the leg he had despised a little while go, helped him in saving his life but beautiful horns became the cause of his death.

1) everything which we saw has its own importance at its place as something has different function to perform while other have different function to perform as we saw in passage above that horns which he admire has function of external beauty while his legs which he thinks ugly helped him in running so at that place legs are useful for him and beside their ugly looking they have their beauty in rescue him

4)stag is thankful for legs because ultimately they helped him to run and rescue when his beautiful horns are struck off.
