first the leader who is selected by the people should not be corrupt person.
and then, he have to try his best for the proper functioning of the country or the state or the city for which he or she has been elected .
he should not like arivendra Kejriwal , this person waste his three years in Delhi and not complete the single task.
the leader should look there should no need left by people .and if left then try to complete it
