Concept :  

Supplementary angles :   Two angles, the sum of whose measure is 180° are called supplementary angles.

 

 

Given : One angle is equal to three times its supplement.

Let the measure of the given angle be 'x' .

Then the measure of its supplement is  (180° – x).

It is given that :  

Angle = 3 × its supplement

x = 3 (180° – x)

x = 540° – 3x

x + 3x = 540°

4x = 540°

x = 540°/4

x = 135°

Hence, the measure of the angle is 135°.

Option (B) 135° is correct.
