Hello,

We know that parallelogram is a mathematical figure in which all the opposite sides are parallel and equal.
Also,
The opposite angles are equal to each other.

Also,
One more property

Sum of The adjacent angles of parallelogram is equal to 180
In other words
The sum of the Co interior angles is 180 degrees.

Now,
We will use these properties to obtain the answer.

Let the angle of the parallelogram be x
So,
The adjacent angles will be x+30

Now
From am of co interior angles we get

x + x + 30 = 180 \\ \\ 2x = 180 - 30 \\ \\ 2x = 150 \\ \\ x = \frac{150}{2} = 75
So,

The angle of the parallelogram is 75 degrees
And,
The adjacent angles of the parallelogram is 75+30 = 105 degrees.

Hope this will be helping you ✌️
