Given :-

  • One angle of a triangle is 80°
  • Other two angles are in the ratio 1 : 3

To find :-

  • Find the larger angle

Solution :-

As we know that

Sum of all angles of a trianlge is equal to 180°

Let the angles be x and 3x

According to the question

80° + x + 3x = 180°

80 + 4x = 180

4x = 180 - 80

4x = 100

x = 100/4

x = 25

Hence,

  • Angles of a triangle
  • x = 25°
  • 3x = 3*25 = 75°

Extra Information :-

  • Area of rectangle = length × breadth
  • Area of square = side × side
  • Perimeter of square = 4 × side
  • Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

Step-by-step explanation:

x + 3x + 80 = 180

4x + 80 = 180

4x = 180 - 80

4x = 100

x =   \frac{100}{4}

x = 25

3x = 3(25)

3x = 75

x = 25
