given one angle of isosceles triangle = 100degrees
we know that the two angles of an isosceles triangle ate equal
let the similar angle measures x degrees
hence,

x + x +100 = 180
=> 2x + 100 = 180
=> 2x = 180 - 100
=> 2x = 80
=> x = 40 degree

The sum of all angles in an isosles triangle is equall to 180
180-100=80

We know that in an isosles triangle the two angles and two sides are equal

So the other to angles will be 80÷2=40

There will be only one angle greater than 90 in an isosles triangle
