THE CORK WHICH WILL BE HAVING SMALLER SURFACE AREA WILL MOVE MUCH FASTER THAN THE ANOTHER ONE , IF U APPLIED EQUAL FORCES ON BOTH THE CORK
Because UPTHRUST/PRESSURE=FORCE/AREA
SO SMALLER THE AREA MORE WILL BE UPTHRUST AND SO MORE WILL BE SPEED IN MOVING IN UPWARD DIRECTION

But upthrust = VDG , d and g are same for both and V is greater for big cork so why not big one rise swiftly
