HEYA MATE, HERE IS UR ANSWER

<b><i><u>Our constitution gives a right called 'Guardian of all the fundamental rights' .This right is named 'Right to constitutional remedies'.

According to this right ,one can go to court of law in a situation when his/her other rights are violated .

This right gives the citizen an assurance that their rights will not be taken away .

The court discusses the matter ,punish the person who violated the right and safeguard others right .

This right remains with the citizens even in the case of 'emergency' when all other rights are taken away.
