one car covers first 5 km in 10min and next 5kms in 20 min.Find its average speed.

Explanation:

average speed=total distance/total time

total time=20+10=30min

30min=1/2hr

total distance=5+5=10kms

so, avg.speed=10/1/2

=20km/hr
