Hey !!!!

Here Total outcomes (n) = 52

a). Favorable Outcomes (m) = 52 - 12
=40

P( getting a non face card) = m/n
= 40/52
= 10/13

b.) Favorable Outcomes (m) = 4

P(getting a black king or red Queen) = m/n
= 4/52
=> 1/13

c) Favorable Outcomes (m) = 13

P(getting a spade card) = m/n
=> 13/52
=> 1/4

Hope this helps

heyy!!!

1) total face card =12

total cards =52-12=40

now,

p(e) of getting non face card = 40/52=10/13

2)

black king=2
red queen=2

total=4

p(e) of getting balck king or red queen =4/52=1/13

3)

total spade =13

p(e) of getting spade=13/52=1/4
