A:Mamam va les preparer
So I thought pronoun will be before 2nd verb in sentence
but....

Q:Elle a achete #la nouvelle voiture#
A: Elle l'a achete

IS there any specific rule for this ..?.??? why are the pronouns placed so

Yes there is a specific rule for passe compose and other tenses. In all other tenses except passe compose,pronoms are placed before infinitif form of verb but in passe compose it is placed before the etre or about verb.
