in this case the rays the rays of the light coming oblect will be refacted by the lower half of the lens. these rays meet the other side of the lens to form of the given oblect

Yes it will produce a complete image of the object .However the intensity of the image may be less .It can be observed easily by using a lighted candle and a convex lens .
