One hectare is equal to 10000 Sq. M. How much will this be in sq. cm? Express the answer in scientific notation ​

so 2^7*2^8 = 2^ (7+8)

= 2^15

and for sq m to sq cm

we used this:-

We know 1 metre = 100 cm (1)

so squre both sides

we get 1 sq metre= 10000 sq cm (2)

so for 10000 sq M

we multiply 10000 to equation two by both sides

:- 10000 sq m = 100000000 sq cm or 10^8 sq cm since it has 8 zeros.
