Volume at STP of one more is 22.4 l, and the volume at NTP of one mole is 24 l.

As per the Charles law, the formula is V1 / T1 = V2 / T2.

When 24 l has 1 mole then 1 l will have 1 / 24 moles which is equal to 0.04 moles.

And the molar mass of oxygen comes to 32 g.

Answer:N2

Explanation: At NTP

22.4 litre is required for 1 mol

Hence 1 litre can make 1÷22.4 mol

Now number of moles = 1÷22.4

Number of moles=

molecular mass÷molar mass

ie, n= m÷ M

Hence M= m÷n

= 1.25÷(1÷22.4)

= 28 g

Answer is N2
