One man spend 60% of his salary and deposit 15% of it in a bank.i f by now he has rs.750 left,then how much amount he is depoaited in the bank..

let his salary be rs.x
money spent=60/100*x=3x/5
Money deposited = 15/100*x=3x/20
so
x-3x/5+3x/20=750
=20x-15x/20=750
=5x=750*20
=x=750*20/5
=x=750*4
=x=3000
So money deposited is 3*3000/20=450
