Solution :

Atomic mass is the mass of atom in which the number of protons and neutrons present in the nucleus of one atom of an element.

For example:

The atomic mass of Hydrogen is 1g.

Atomic mass = Number of protons + Number of neutrons.

Atomic mass of Nitrogen = 14g

Atomic mass of Hydrogen = 1g

The formula of Ammonia = NH3

It contain 1 mole of nitrogen and 3 moles of hydrogen.

1 mole of Ammonia = 1 × N + 3 × H

1 mole of Ammonia = 1 × 14 + 3 × 1

1 mole of Ammonia = 14 + 3 = 17g

The molecular mass is equal to sum of the atomic masses of all the atoms present in one molecule of the substance.

For example:

The molecular mass of Ammonia is 17g.

.°. 1 mole of Ammonia = 17 grams.
