Telomere is a part of DNA happening at the chromosomes ends in the eukaryotic cells.

They are made up of the repeated DNA segments which include the series of TAGGG.

In this segment G, A and T are guanine, adenine and thymine respectively.

Certain human cells include more than 1,500 to 2,000 repeats of the above sequence at every chromosome end.
