Let the digit in units place = x

The digit in tens place = 3x

The number is 10(3x) + x = 31x

When the digits are interchanged we will get the number 13x(10(x) + 3x)

31x + 13x = 132

44x = 132

∴ x = 132/44 = 3

number is 39
