Exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of opposite angles of a triangle

Let the interior opposite angles be 4x and 5x

Exterior angle of a triangle is 72°

So,72°= 4x+5x (Exterior angle property)

72°= 9x

x= \frac{\cancel{72°}}{\cancel 9}

x= 8°

Thus the angles are 4x = 4×8 = 32

5x = 5×8= 40°

So,the third angle will be = 180°-32°-40°

= 180°-72°

= 108°
