the equation becomes after resolution as 9x^2-3x -2.
then using quadratic formula we break it into 9x2 -6x +3x -2.
then taking common we get 3x[3x-2] + 1[3x-2].
then we get [3x+1] × [3x-2]
so the 2 factors are x= -1/3. and x = 2/3.

welcome. it is correct dont worry.
