Explanation:

a) adenine-5200, thymine- 5200, guanine- 4800, cytosine- 4800

b)adenine-7600, thymine- 7600, guanine- 2400, cytosine- 2400

c)adenine-6400, thymine- 3600, guanine- 6400, cytosine- 3600

d)adenine-6400, thymine- 6400, guanine- 3600, cytosine- 3600

Ans D.

A- 6400, T- 6400, G-3600, C-3600

Explanation:

Given- A-3800 & T- 2600 & 10kbp(one strand)

To find base composition of whole ds DNA

A+T= 3800+2600= 6400

therefore; second strand also has same A+T= 6400

we know 10kbp(given)= 10,000 base pairs

therefore; G+C = 10,000- A+T

i.e; 10,000-6400= 3600(same in 2nd strand also)

so, A- 6400, T- 6400, G-3600, C-3600
