As we know that

isosceles triangle have two angles of same measure

then,

Let the third angle be x

according to question

x+(x+18)+(x+18) = 180 [by triangle sum property]

3x+36 = 180

3x = 180-36

3x = 144

x = 144/3

x = 48

Hence,

the third angle is 48 degree

and the first and second angle = (x+18) = 48+18 = 66 degree [each]
