Answer:

26 or 62

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the no. be 10x+y

Case1

3x=y

10y+x+10x+y=88

X+y =8

4y=8

y=2;X=6

Case 2

3y=X

Then X=2;y=6

Thus the original no. Can be 26 or 62
