Bullying  is  not  a  good  thing   especially  if  it's  in  schools.Ask  the  junior  kid  to  tell  this  to  his  parents.Also  you  should  tell  the  senior  that  he  should'nt  take  the  wrong  advantage  of  being  the  senior.Also  inform  the  class  teacher.If  the  problem  continues  inform   the  principal.
