one of your neibours play large music every night this disturbs you and other neibours since children are not able to study and old people are not able to sleep discuss with your parthner in hundred words how can you convince not to disturbed you and others and what effect such noise pollution have on the community .

firstly i will go to his house and request him to not play music at loud sound.I will tell him that it disturb us and we are unable to study i ask him that at the time when he is student when someone play a loud music, how can he able to study.I will also tell him that is not good for ears and environment also it cause noise pollution.And i will tell that old people are unable to take rest that they are aged and need much rest in comparison of young people.At the last i say to please play music at low volume.
