Area of trap.= 400 sq.m.

$area \: of \: trap. = \frac{1}{2} \times sum \: of \: parallel \: sides \: \times height \\ 400 = \frac{1}{2} \times (x + x + 10) \times 10 \\ 400 = 10x + 50 \\ x = \frac{350}{10} \\ x = 35cm \\ one \: side \: = 35cm \\ other \: side \: = 45cm$
