As per question,

X = 4+Y,
Y = 10 *Z,
Z = 6 years after 2 years which means, Z = 4 years,

=> Y = 40,
=> X = 44,

So the age of the person is 44 !!

Then ATQ the ages will be -

a = 4 + y
y = 10z

= 10z
= 10 × 4
= 40 years

Hence, the person's age
= 4 + y
= 4 + 40
= 44 years
