Let x be the actual price of the bicycle.

x*(115/100) = 6230

x = 6230*100/115

For getting 25% profit, he should sell it for price = x*(125/100)

= 6230*100/115*125/100 = 6230*125/115 = 6230*25/23 = 6771.74 = 6772

He should sell the bicycle for ₹6772 to gain 25%
