no both are pure because mixture does not has a fix boiling point or melting point only pure substance like compound and element has fix boiling point as well as melting point

at one atmospheric pressure , the boiling point of ethanol is 78.37 °C ...
and here one boiling at 79 C is least pure .. as it is very low from original boiling point
second one is around 81 °C it is more better than first
